I provide a wide range of digital marketing services, including SEO services, Web Analytics services, Website set-up, Paid Search Advertising, and general marketing consulting. I’m happy to provide custom services, but here are a few of the core services I offer:
This involves approximately 5 hours of work for the “average” site (up to a few hundred pages). For larger websites, the audit will take considerably longer. Read more about what the SEO package includes here. Other SEO services are mentioned on that page as well, and are customized depending on your needs.
This involves 5 hours of work, depending on your analytics needs. I will set up and/or audit your Google Analytics implementation, including set up and/or audit of micro and macro goals. I can also help you with e-commerce tracking, cross-domain tracking, event tracking, custom dashboards, and diagnosing common GA issues. This package is designed for Classic or Universal Google Analytics. Google Tag Manager and other tag management systems are not (yet) within my area of expertise. Read what the Google Analytics package includes here.
Need a website? I can create a website for you using one of the popular CMS platforms such as WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar. I can guide you in purchasing a domain name, getting good web hosting, and choosing a theme. I can also help you customize the site with the color scheme, logo, header, navigation, and other elements that you choose. This typically takes a few hours. Estimated costs for hosting, domain names, etc are outlined here – usually you can get set up with a simple website for under $100. I can also teach you the basics of WordPress, such as how to create and edit posts, how to add pictures, and more. I cannot do advanced custom website creation.
This varies depending on the style, length, and amount of content you require. Generally I charge a flat rate per article, or per hour for copy editing. All content is completely unique, well-researched and well-written, and takes your target audience into consideration. I can help edit and improve your on-site copy writing, teach you the art of keyword-optimizing your articles for the most organic reach, and help you set up guidelines for guest posting and content outreach. Read what the Content writing package includes here.
The packages above cover my core competencies, but I also can help with social media, email marketing, paid search account setup, and affiliate marketing.
My social media experience is in Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Google Plus (including Google My Business, which allows your business to show up on Google Maps) for a variety of companies. I can help with both organic and paid social media marketing, and I do highly recommend that you allocate a budget for paid social media ads, because it is now much harder to build up a following on social media unless you put some money behind your shared content. I have experience with Twitter and Facebook Ads, including remarketing lists. I can also help with Open Graph and Twitter card structured markup for your website.
My email marketing experience consists of building up an email list of about 50k subscribers, using first Constant Contact and then becoming a die-hard MailChimp fan. I built and maintained drip campaigns based on Google Analytics-MailChimp integrations and CRM integrations. I did end-to-end email marketing, from writing the copy, creating the graphics, setting up A/B tests, setting up auto-responders, cleaning and segmenting email lists, and analytics reporting. Conversions from email marketing was fairly high for the company I worked for. Lead value from email referrals was around $500 per campaign.
My paid search experience includes setting up and optimizing AdWords accounts for several small to medium-sized businesses. I can help you segment your account to increase relevancy and quality score for your keywords, find and refine keyword targeting, set up and refine geographic targeting, and set up remarketing and display ad campaigns. I can also help you set up and optimize Facebook ads, Twitter ads, and Bing Ads. Read what the Paid Search PPC package includes here.
I am available on a part-time, freelance basis only. All contracts will need to be less than 5 hours per weeks and dependent on my schedule. I only have a limited number of hours per week dedicated to freelance work. But I can be very flexible, and am available via email, Skype, and join.me for conference calls. Each package includes a free initial consultation and monthly conference calls. If you’re in the Seattle metro area, I’d love to meet with you in person!
At the beginning of each engagement, I provide a free 30 minute consultation, and then I can provide a detailed estimate based on the client’s needs.
As soon as we sign a contract, I request an initial advance deposit, which will go towards your first month’s bill. Thereafter, you’ll be billed at the end of the month. For audits, I charge a one-time fee upfront.
I accept PayPal using bank transfer, credit card, or e-check. You can also pay via paper check or bank transfer.
What Don’t I Do?
What I won’t be able to help you with is: web design, logo design, videography, graphic design, or advanced web development. For that, you’ll need to hire another expert – check out my list of recommended marketing professionals.
